Overview

The Middle East Electric Meter Factory (MEMF) is the KFB Group's flagship company. It is located over a sprawling 15,000 square meter campus in the heart of the New Industrial City of Riyadh. The factory contains state-of-the-art equipment capable of manufacturing high accuracy measuring and protection equipment

KWH METERS

MEMF started manufacturing KWH meters in February 1999 and has achieved a leadership position within three years. MEMF manufactured meters are supplied to most of the utility companies in the region and are independently type tested at KEMA Laboratories, Holland.

Circuit Breakers

MEMF started manufacture of Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB,s) and has gradually added Miniature Circuit breakers (MCB,s) and Air Circuit Breakers (ACB,s) to its range of manufacturing. The entire range of Circuit Breakers manufactured are independently type tested at ASTA Laboratories, UK.

Instrument Transformers

MEMF started manufacturing of LV Instrument Transformers in 2002. It has subsequently added a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for MV Instrument Transformers. The Instrument Transformers being manufactured by MEMF are independently type tested in ASTA Laboratories, UK .

Panel Indicating Meters

MEMF also manufactures analogue and digital indicating meters. Its analogue meters include ammeters,voltmeters, maximum demand indicators (MDI),combined maximum demand indicators (CMDI), frequency meters and power factor meters. Digital indicating meters include multi function meters and network analyzers

Fiber Glass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) Meter Boxes

MEMF manufactures high quality FRP meter boxes of all types. The range includes single, double and quadruple meter boxes as well as remote and CT meter boxes. It also produces mini Feeder Pillars and Service Cabinets as per SEC relevant specification.
